Hannah's Not Your Mother’s Meatloaf Sliders

These meatloaf muffins pair well with tequila…or anything really - we just can’t stop eating them! Hannah Hart takes our Not Your Mother’s Meatloaf and adds a twist that will have you screaming “More Meat! More Mustard!” So c’mon, pour a drink, pre-heat your oven and let’s do this sh*t!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine turkey, eggs, onion, 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce, Colman’s Dry Mustard Powder, pepper and bread crumbs. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated. Use your hands if you have to people! This is a dirty job but someone has to do it.

  3. With well washed hands, add broth to mixture and knead until fully blended.

  4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup and 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce. Spread on top of meatloaf patties.

  5. Bake for 45-55 minutes.

  6. Pop those patties out of the muffin pan and put on your desired bun (in this case a slider!)

  7. Add all your favorite toppings, like Tomatoes, Avocado, Lettuce, Onion and LOTS of Colman’s Prepared Mustard!

2 lb. ground Turkey

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp., plus 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

1 ½ tsp. Colman’s Dry Mustard Powder

½ tsp. freshly ground pepper

1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

¾ cup poultry or veggie broth

1 tbsp. olive oil

¼ cup ketchup
